- Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilise all feeding equipment, including the bottle and teat.
- Boil fresh drinking water suitable for infants and let it cool to approximately 70°C.
- Using the provided scoop, add the correct number of level scoops of formula powder to the bottle (refer to the feeding table).
- Secure the bottle with the cap and shake vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Remove the cap and attach a sterilised teat.
- Check the milk temperature on the inside of your wrist (recommended feeding temperature is 37°C / 98.6°F) and feed immediately.
