Refund and Returns Policy
A person who makes a purchase for personal use, not related to commercial or professional activities, is considered a consumer.
If you have received a damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. The product is still safe for use, even though the packaging may have been damaged during shipping. If the damage is extensive and affects the product itself, please send us photos to email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We are sorry if we made a mistake in processing your order. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment, with your order number and attach photos of the incorrect item(s). We will send the correct product right away and provide a return label for the incorrect item. If the correct item is no longer available, we will credit your payment method. Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
Unfortunately, due to food safety and health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of food and personal hygiene items (such as creams and shampoo). This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all our customers. All products are new, unused, and unopened. Our policies and terms are subject to change without notice.
