- Vigorously shake the sealed bottle before opening it for the first time. Then, pour the required amount of liquid into a feeding bottle and warm it to about 40°C.
- Avoid heating the food in the microwave to prevent the risk of scalding.
- Let it cool to drinking temperature (about 37°C) and check before feeding.
- Feed the prepared food immediately and discard any leftovers.
- Keep an opened, unheated bottle sealed in the refrigerator (up to 6°C) and consume it within 24 hours.
