- Before each feeding, boil water and allow it to cool down to approximately 50 Β°C / 122 Β°F. Ensure that the water is not excessively hot.

- Use the spoon provided in the pack, fill it with formula powder and level it off with the dull side of a knife. Add the specified amount of formula powder to the bottle.
- Secure the bottle and shake it thoroughly. Then add the remaining water and shake it well once again.
- Before feeding your baby, check that the formula is at a suitable drinking temperature (approximately 37 Β°C / 98.6 Β°F).
