- Thoroughly wash your hands and sterilise all feeding utensils according to the manufacturerβs instructions.
- Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool for up to 30 minutes before use. Avoid using artificially softened or reboiled water. Pour the required amount into a sterilised bottle.
- Using the scoop included in the can, add the recommended number of level scoops. Level each scoop using the straight edge found in the lid.
- Attach a sterilised cap to the bottle and shake well until the powder has completely dissolved. Then replace the cap with a sterilised teat.
- Allow the formula to cool to a natural body temperature (approx. 37Β°C / 98.6Β°F). Always test the milk on the inside of your wrist before feeding.
For every 30 ml of water, add exactly one level scoop of formula powder (using only the scoop provided). Please refer to the feeding chart on the can for guidanceβkeep in mind that feeding needs can vary greatly between babies. Kendamil First Infant Milk should be fed on demand. If you're unsure or need personalised advice, consult your healthcare provider.
