Preparation

- Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the feeding bottle, teat, and ring by boiling them for 10 minutes.
- Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 40°-50° C / 104-122° F.
- Add the desired amount of boiled water (refer to the Table) into the bottle.
- Measure the recommended amount of formula powder (refer to the Table). Level the powder on the measuring spoon and add it to the water.
- Close the bottle and shake it thoroughly to dissolve the powder.
- Cool the formula to a drinking temperature of approximately 37° C / 98.6° F. Always test the temperature before feeding your baby.
To preserve the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), avoid preparing the formula with water that is too hot.
Important: Inappropriate preparation or use of this product can harm your child's health. Please carefully follow the feeding instructions.
- Always use a carefully washed and sterilized bottle, teat, and ring. Only use the scoop provided in the pack.
- For hygiene reasons, prepare feeds freshly and avoid making them in advance. Use the prepared feed immediately and discard any leftover formula. The bottle should be consumed within half an hour.
- Do not heat feeds in a microwave, as hot spots may form, which could cause scalding.
- Do not reuse any leftover formula. Always check the expiration date on the side of the can.
- Once opened, HiPP HA 2 formula milk powder can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 3 weeks.
