Preparation

- Thoroughly wash your hands and sterilize the feeding bottle, teat, and ring by boiling them in water for 10 minutes.
- Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to around 40°-50° C / 104-122° F.
- Fill the bottle with the desired amount of boiled water (see Table).
- Measure the recommended quantity of formula powder (see Table), level it off using the measuring spoon, and add the powder to the water.
- Seal the bottle and shake it well.
- Cool the formula to a drinking temperature of approximately 37° C / 98.6° F. Use a thermometer, such as the HiPP thermometer, to check the temperature.
To preserve the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), avoid preparing the formula with overly hot water.Ensure that the bottle, teat, and ring are well-washed and sterilized. Use only the scoop provided in the package.
For hygienic reasons, always prepare feeds freshly and avoid preparing them in advance. Consume prepared feedings immediately (within 30 minutes), and discard any leftovers at the end of the feeding session. Do not heat feeds in a microwave, as hot spots could cause scalding.
Discard any leftovers and check the expiration date on the side of the can. After opening, store HiPP 1 BIO Combiotik milk powder in a dry place at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
