- Begin by boiling fresh water and allowing it to cool to roughly 40°-50° C (104-122° F).
- Dispense the appropriate amount of cooled water into a baby bottle (refer to the table).
- Use the provided scoop to measure the formula powder, ensuring to level the scoop for accurate measurement. Introduce the measured formula into the water-filled bottle.
- Tighten the bottle's cap and give it a thorough shake to ensure the formula is well mixed.
- Allow the mixture to cool to a drinkable temperature of around 37° C / 98.6° F. Double-check the temperature for safety, using a thermometer like the HiPP thermometer if available.
*For the sake of preserving the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli) in the formula, avoid using excessively hot water for preparation.
Please note, the amount of Hipp bio formula required per bottle may differ between feedings. The recommended drink quantities and bottle counts per day are intended as guidance. It's not necessary for your baby to consume the entire bottle each time. Always use the enclosed measuring spoon for formula preparation! A leveled scoop should be used for every 30 ml / 1.01 oz of water.
Each level scoop serves approximately 4.5g.
