- Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilise all utensils, including the bottle and teat.
- Boil fresh drinking water suitable for infants and allow it to cool down to approximately 70°C.
- Using the scoop provided, add the recommended number of level scoops to the bottle (see feeding guide).
- Close the bottle and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Remove the cap and replace it with a sterilised teat.
- Check the temperature of the milk on the inside of your wrist (recommended feeding temperature is 37°C / 98.6°F) and feed immediately.
